The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
As a Maintenance Manager, you’ll lead a team of around 14 multi-skilled technicians covering HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Building, and Refrigeration. You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues across Property and our trusted external contractors to deliver safe, efficient, and high-performing maintenance operations.
You will need:
- Communication and stakeholder management.
- Influencing and negotiation.
- Leading a large and diverse team.

- Task prioritisation, problem solving, and root cause analysis.
- Analysis of complex data to come to timely decisions.
- Building internal and external networks.
- Risk management and strategic thinking.

- Knowledge of the latest building standards and regulations.
- Good understanding of third-party contractor management and building maintenance best practices.
- Trade technical or industry management skills - City & Guilds, HND/HNC in an engineering or construction related discipline.
- Previous experience of managing and leading both site static and remote maintenance teams.
- Devising and implementing change programmes.
- Previous Technical Building Services / Maintenance Engineering Experience.
- Experience in a similar scale hard services facilities or maintenance business.
- Qualification within health and safety working practices – NEBOSH, IOSH managing safely.
