Overview

In this role you drive the F&F brand in-store, leading a team to deliver outstanding service, visual merchandising, and sales growth. You’ll balance people development with operational excellence in a fast-paced clothing retail setting. You’ll launch trade events and weekly promotions, while upholding brand standards and legal safety. This position offers a clear impact on store performance and customer experience, with opportunities to shape visual storytelling and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and train team members, building leadership and operational capability
  • Coach product knowledge and brand-aligned customer service to drive repeat visits
  • Lead trade activity to grow sales and maximize profit
  • Coach safety and legal compliance using security tools
  • Manage staff schedules per operating model and trade plan
  • Oversee end-to-end F&F operations from backdoor to shopfloor
  • Maintain store cleanliness, presentation, and adherence to F&F standards
  • Act as brand ambassador, executing commercial strategies and maintaining displays
  • Conduct daily floor walks to plan tasks and improvements
  • Analyze product performance and sales data to inform visual merchandising and promotions
  • Perform market research on trends, competitors, and consumer behavior
  • Adapt store layouts and merchandising to local customer profiles
  • Build strong relationships across the team and with store leadership
  • Deliver RFID compliance and other key operational metrics
