Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Night Manager located in Poole. The Lead Night Manager will oversee nightly store operations, managing a team to ensure smooth running and high standards throughout shifts. Key responsibilities include ensuring the stock is replenished and ready for trading, maintaining health and safety guidelines, monitoring performance, providing direction to the team, and addressing any challenges that arise.
