Responsibilities
You will be responsible for leading a management team in a Tesco store, guiding colleagues to deliver the best possible service for customers and colleagues. You will be a role model, helping people know and love Tesco products and services, involving everyone in community projects, and growing your own team by spotting talent and providing feedback and support. You will maximise sales, impact and presentation for your department, while ensuring safety and compliance and that colleagues are in the right place at the right time. This role involves leading from the front on the shop floor and working with customers and colleagues.
