Tesco Shift Leader - Days at Rothwell Express is a daytime leadership role in our busy store. You will oversee operations, coach colleagues, and ensure great service during shifts from 05:30 to 23:00, with a minimum of 16 hours per week.
You must be 18+, have managerial retail experience, communicate clearly, and build inclusive teams. We offer holiday entitlement from 20 days rising to 22, staff discounts, life cover, pension, wellbeing support, and flexible working from day one.
