Tesco Colleague roles in our fulfilment centres are designed to be flexible and rewarding. You’ll join a welcoming, diverse team delivering groceries with care and efficiency. Availability windows are published, with contracts built around shifts.
Minimum 16 hours per week are guaranteed, with some roles offering as few as 12 hours. Shifts are scheduled three weeks in advance. Pay starts at £13.28/hour, rising to £14.55/hour in stores within the M25, plus location-based payments.
