Working in store, you\’ll tackle a range of tasks, from serving customers and stocking shelves to picking orders for home delivery. Pay and Availability
Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.64 an hour; this increases to £13.85 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location and skills.
We offer a minimum guaranteed hours policy for festive colleagues, with options to work fewer hours (minimum 7.5) if desired, and discussion of flexible arrangements is welcome.
Responsibilities
- You’ll help deliver Christmas cheer for households across the nation.
- You’ll provide support in store during the busy festive period.
- You could be stocking shelves and ensuring products are where they need to be.
- You could be serving customers and putting together orders for our Click and Collect service.
- Whatever the task, you’ll take pride in ensuring customers have a brilliant experience.
