Pay: Starting at £13.35 per hour, increasing to £14.56 inside the M25. Additional payments may apply based on location. We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week (minimum 12 if desired). You will receive 3 weeks' notice of when your shifts will be scheduled. We support flexibility.

- Mon: 11:00 – 19:00
- Fri: 11:00 – 19:00
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the van and trays are clean and organized.
- Keep the back yard clean, tidy and free of rubbish, picking up litter as seen.
- Wash trays as part of the tray wash process.
- Load the van as required, checking for roadworthiness.
- Communicate any changes to customers, including short-code items and substitutions, and offer refunds for unsatisfactory items.
- Take care of products and deliveries as if they were your own.
- Inform customers that they will not be charged additional fees for substitutions.
- Deliver within the customer’s time slot.
- Call the customer before arriving at their property if arriving early.
- Call the store if running 30 minutes or more late.
Qualifications:
- Build relationships with colleagues to create team spirit and ensure the store meets customer needs.
- Provide warm and welcoming interactions with customers and colleagues, expressing gratitude.
- Act quickly to respond to changing customer needs and embrace change within the store.
- Be energetic and driven to exceed expectations, balancing home and work life.
- Share ideas with your manager and colleagues on improving the store.
- Hold a valid UK/EU/EEA full or automatic driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
- Adhere to GB Domestic Driving Rules.
