You will be responsible forMain responsibility will be supporting the operations team across CE with comprehensive data analysis and identifying actions to take to improve Supply Chain KPI measurementsUsing modern database technologies Teradata and HadoopCreating documentations and presentations which helps to the stakeholders understand business processes and system functionalitiesTogether with the teams in the UK and India actively participate on development and implementation of the forecasting modelsManaging micro-projectsYou will needEducation in mathematics, computer science, data science, logistics or similarMin. 1 year of relevant working experienceIntermediate level of English language knowledgeMathematical and logical thinkingGood presentation and communication skills to interpret conclusionsWilling to learn about new approaches in the data science fieldAttention to the detailsMust have experince with: Knowledge about any of the following languages Python, Matlab, R or ScalaUnderstanding version control (Git, GitHub)Understanding Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, Hive, Spark)Understanding the basic principles of Machine Learning (train/test, data validation, basic models)About usTesco operates in Hungary since 1995 and its head office is located in Budaörs.
