Availability Window β Days and times: Mon 18:00β22:00, Wed 18:00β22:00, Fri 08:00β15:30, Sat 08:00β18:00. Contracted hours will be scheduled with 3 weeks\β notice. We offer flexibility and encourage applicants to apply even if exact times differ from those advertised.
Pay β Our Customer Delivery Driver rate starts from Β£13.35 an hour; increases to Β£14.56 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.
Hours policy β Our policy is to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week; options to work a minimum of 12 hours are available.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for delivering your part of the customer shopping trip by:
- Ensuring the van and trays are clean, tidy, and organized
- Leaving the back yard clean and free of rubbish; picking up litter as needed
- Washing trays as part of the tray wash process
- Loading the van, and checking van roadworthiness
- Communicating with customers about changes to orders, substitutions, and refunds as needed
- Taking care of products/deliveries and handling substitutions without extra charges to the customer
- Delivering within the customer time slot
- Calling the customer before arriving if early
- Calling the store if running 30 minutes or more late
Requirements
- Build relationships with colleagues to support a strong team
- Warm and welcoming interactions with customers and colleagues
- Adaptability to changing customer needs and store conditions
- Energetic and driven to deliver beyond expectations; maintain balance between home and work
- Share ideas with management to improve the store for customers
- A valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full or automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points
