About the role

Type: Full-time role, permanent contract. Part-time considered.

Shift Pattern: Varies from day to day but planned in advance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop your team to excel in their roles.
• Coach your team to be passionate about store products, enhancing the store\’s brand and customer service.
• Lead trade activities to grow sales and maximize profit.
• Implement and sustain the Store Change Plan, ensuring optimal resource planning and problem resolution.
• Prioritize store safety, coaching the team to use security tools effectively.
