The predicted salary is between 12 - 14 £ per hour.
Our Tesco colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour; this increases to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. It is our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with options to work fewer hours (minimum of 12) and opportunities to hear from you.
The availability windows are the periods of time in the week we would like you to be available to work. We will schedule contracted hours within these times, and you’ll have 3 weeks' notice of exactly when your shifts will be. We support flexibility for colleagues, and if your availability closely matches but isn’t exact to advertised times, we would still love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Know your customers and serve them with passion and pride; provide great natural service.
- Be passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services in the store.
- Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
- Apply training to work safely, effectively and deliver great customer service.
- Make decisions that are right for customers and deliver in-store routines that meet customer needs.
- Take part in seasonal, community and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
- Be aware of store performance and collaborate to drive service, sales, reduce waste and protect profit.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in good condition.
- Be yourself, live our values, welcome everyone and follow policies.
- Occasionally you may be required to accept deliveries into the store.
