Reporting to a Lead Analyst will provide you with ongoing support, coaching, and development. We offer structured pathways into lead analyst, product owner, and solutions architect roles, supported by mentoring and dedicated development plans.
As part of a cross-functional delivery team, you’ll operate within an Agile framework using SAFe, working within DevOps scrum teams. The role offers hands-on experience with a range of systems and technologies including:

- API integrations
What you’ll be doing

- Lead discovery activities and define the scope of new work, producing clear, high quality user stories and acceptance criteria for customer-facing digital features.
- Review technical designs, process flows (as is/to be), and system impacts, ensuring system impacts are fully understood and documented.
- Assess upstream and downstream system impacts and work closely with architects and engineers to validate technical feasibility and shape robust end to end solutions.
- Support delivery teams through test case definition, clarification, and implementation activities.
- Act as custodian of Savings-related requirements, performing root cause analysis and coordinating resolutions with technical teams.
- Ensure delivered features align with internal policies, strategic objectives, and relevant external regulations.
We need you to have
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst, ideally working on delivery of digital, customer facing features (online and/or mobile), with extensive experience undertaking detailed analysis and producing high quality user stories and acceptance criteria in an Agile environment.
- Technical curiosity who can confidently assess technical feasibility, and work closely with architects and engineers to refine solutions.
- Proven experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across product, engineering and operations, with clear and confident verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrable experience partnering with engineers to interpret system interactions, validate technical feasibility, and shape solution approaches, including reviewing technical designs and assessing system/process impacts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail, and ability to break down ambiguous or complex problems into clear, structured analysis outputs.
- A blend of business analysis discipline and technical understanding, particularly across digital journeys and system integrations.
And if you have any of these, even better
- Experience delivering system changes within an Agile environment, working collaboratively across cross functional teams to shape and implement solutions.
- Experience in digitising Savings application and decisioning journeys and/or ISA Transfer knowledge.
- Experience coaching or mentoring other analysts or contributing to the development of team capability.
