You’ll be part of a skilled team responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of systems and equipment, helping to keep our operations running smoothly. - Ensuring all Tesco sites are a safe and functioning environment for customers and colleagues.
- Following the planned work schedule to achieve first time fix, improving efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Working closely with team members, sharing best practice and knowledge.
- General day-to-day store and property maintenance.
- Using mobile devices; phone and tablet, to drive the best approach in work completion and updates.
- Representing the Tesco brand by demonstrating our core values (serving our customers, communities and planet a little better every day), maintaining a positive attitude & taking pride in wearing the Tesco uniform.
- Attending local and national meetings, providing valuable input and feedback.
- Supporting a diverse and inclusive culture.
As a vital part of our Maintenance team, you will demonstrate enthusiasm for maintaining high standards. With previous experience in a maintenance, engineering, or construction environment, you will be digitally confident using a tablet to view daily work schedules and manage emails.
