The predicted salary is between 60750 - 74250 £ per year.
You'll be responsible for leading the People Transformation Controls agenda, and ensuring our controls are designed effectively to future proof our business, remediate audit issues and mitigate our risks.
This is a Group level role which spans across all our core People processes and systems, which means strong business partnering is a must, along with strong team and project management skills.
Agile working and pragmatism is key, where you are expected to focus on our most critical, key risks and controls with the business and support automation opportunities.

- Initiates and designs continuous improvements initiatives to drive performance within their teams
- Overseeing the development of end-to-end Controls Frameworks for new processes and new People systems as part of our Transformation projects
- Driving the controls agenda and ensuring that Transformation projects are building the right level of control
- Ownership and responsibility to update and continuously improve Risk and Control Matricies (RACMs)
- Creating KPIs to monitor the control environment for the end-to-end processes
- Business Partnering with Global Process Owners, Process Team and Service Leads on changes to process that impact the Controls Framework
- Business Partnering with 3rd line teams in Internal and External Audit
- Business Partnering with 2nd line teams such as Group Risk
- Review and support the design and operational effectiveness testing of key and non-key controls by working with the testing team in India
- Oversee and support the documentation and preparation of Governance Reporting, and presenting at the respective forums
- Providing technical guidance and deliver training to control performers and owners
- Reviewing and re-engineering procedures, formulating policy, process, controls and compliance ensuring risk mitigation
