As a Partnerships Coordination Manager, you will see potential everywhere. You will optimise spaces across our estate and take the lead in planning and delivering exciting projects that make a real impact. Working closely with partners and collaborating with the wider property team, you will unlock new opportunities to drive income growth and create lasting value.

Responsibilities
- Create a long-term, customer-led plan that drives loyalty and growth
- Lead problem-solving by identifying key issues and developing effective solutions
- Set initial plans and collaborate with Partnership Managers to uncover new opportunities
- Find efficiencies in business cases, installations, and combined projects to unlock innovative solutions
- Work with UK and TBS teams to build schedules, track available space, and report on pipeline progress
- Use insight to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities
- Manage communications across key internal and external stakeholders
- Negotiate commercial agreements with partners and ensure compliance with corporate policies
- Respond positively to change by improving processes and methodologies
- Make cost-conscious decisions that deliver value
Requirements
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Project Management experience in a retail construction environment (Preferred)
- APM qualification (Desirable)
- Experience in forecasting and budget management
- The ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Project management expertise, including managing complex critical paths
- Cost analysis and reviewing business cases
- Knowledge of category strategy development and retail experience
- Understanding of customer insight, market trends, and competitor activity
- Legal and commercial negotiation skills
- Ability to build and manage external relationships effectively
