We're looking for an FP&A Systems Analyst to play a key role in transforming the way Tesco plans, forecasts and reports.
Working within our Finance Transformation team, you'll help design, build and embed FP&A solutions in CCH Tagetik, translating finance requirements into robust planning, forecasting and reporting models that support decision-making across the UK business.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a major finance transformation programme, collaborating with Finance, Technology and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that drive efficiency, insight and continuous improvement.
- Design and build FP&A planning, forecasting and reporting models within CCH Tagetik.
- Translate finance and business requirements into scalable, user-friendly system solutions.
- Partner with Finance and Technology teams to define data requirements and support data integration and reconciliation.
- Lead testing and user acceptance activities to ensure high-quality, reliable outputs.
- Drive continuous improvement by simplifying, automating and enhancing FP&A processes.
- Support training, adoption and ongoing optimisation of Tagetik solutions across the business
- Strong experience working with large data models and analysing complex datasets.
- Experience supporting financial planning, forecasting and reporting processes.
- Understanding of data management, governance and controls.
- Knowledge of Oracle HFM, Fusion, EPBCS or similar FP&A systems.
- A collaborative approach with the ability to engage stakeholders and drive improvement.
