Own the development and continuous improvement of the Customer Intelligence Engine (CIE) and Test & Learn (T&L) capability for Personalisation. Act as the key link between Tech, EA, and business teams to ensure CIE delivers actionable, scalable insights and T&L squads operate with pace, rigor, and measurable impact. Champion a culture of experimentation and customer-centricity, embedding value creation across all personalisation initiatives.

You will be responsible for
- Own the design, development, and adoption of the Customer Intelligence Engine (CIE), ensuring it delivers actionable insights and evolves with business needs
- Lead Test & Learn squads, setting clear missions, OKRs, and frameworks to drive rapid, data-driven experimentation
- Use audience insights and CIE outputs to inform prioritisation, activation, and integration of successful tests into BAU
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships and champion data enrichment to enhance customer understanding and commercial impact
You will need
- Proven expertise in designing, delivering, and scaling data-driven solutions and experimentation programs across multi-channel environments.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience as a business owner or lead interface between Tech, Analytics, and business teams, driving cross-functional delivery.
- Deep knowledge of personalisation, CRM, and audience creation, leveraging analytics and measurement frameworks to deliver measurable value.
- Retail, loyalty, and customer program experience combined with strong understanding of experimentation best practices, incrementality, and validation concepts.
- Exceptional communication, prioritisation, and stakeholder alignment skills, simplifying complex methodologies for non-technical audiences.
