Part of the Distribution Centre Management team that provides excellent service to our stores, ensuring customers have great availability and product standards by leading a team of colleagues who feel safe and enjoy working at Tesco, while operating an efficient and compliant operation.

Analyzing data and information, establishing root causes, and implementing corrective actions. Delivering exceptional operational standards and ways of working across all areas during my shift. Utilizing Transport systems to optimize routines and efficiencies. Implementing the Transport improvement plan and building capability where needed. Identifying opportunities to improve Transport operation efficiency and performance, engaging and supporting my team to achieve these.

Ensuring delivery of Transport plans, KPIs, and resources to meet targets and sustain improvements, while managing the Distribution Centre's financial budget. Championing change, sharing ideas, and delivering results. Participating actively in our Distribution Centre community plan, generating and sharing ideas, and encouraging my team to do the same.

Leading resource planning activities to ensure effective staffing to serve our stores. Supporting my team’s needs through effective people routines and leadership. Delivering operational routines and making customer-focused decisions. Collaborating with the Distribution Centre Management team, balancing shared objectives, and exemplifying leadership.

Maintaining high standards across all operational areas of the Delivery Service. Managing and coaching my team to ensure productivity and target achievement. Adhering to our Business Code of Conduct and Data Protection Law with integrity and diligence.
