Pay and Hours
Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.76 an hour; this increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but opportunities for fewer hours (minimum 12) are also available. We will schedule your shifts within your available times, with 3 weeks’ notice. Flexibility is supported if your available times closely match our needs.
