Availability Window

• Mon 09:00 – 18:00
• Thu 05:00 – 14:00
• Sat 15:00 – 24:00

Pay rate: Starting from £14.76/hour, increasing to £15.97 inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We are flexible with scheduling based on your availability.

As a Shift Leader at Tesco, you\’ll support store operations, help customers, and lead your team to ensure smooth running of the store. Your role involves overseeing shifts, supporting colleagues, and striving to improve service and store performance.

As a Shift Leader, you will:

• Assist customers and ensure they leave satisfied
• Coach colleagues and provide feedback
• Maintain a safe working and shopping environment
