Pay Rate
Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.76 an hour; this increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours weekly, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). The schedule is based on availability windows, with shifts scheduled within these times, and 3 weeks' notice provided. We support flexibility; if your available times closely match but not exactly align with our advertised times, we encourage you to apply.
