Pay Rate
Our Shift Leader rate starts from £14.76/hour; increases to £15.97/hour inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.
We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We are flexible with scheduling to support your availability. You will be scheduled within the agreed times with 3 weeks\’ notice.

As a Shift Leader, you will:
- Work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Take ownership of duty shifts, ensuring a clean, stocked store
- Assist and listen to customers to ensure satisfaction
- Identify improvements and provide feedback to colleagues
- Support colleagues and ensure safety in the store
- Monitor store performance and assist in implementing improvements
- Lead by example and motivate your team
