Pay and Benefits

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour; this increases to £13.66 for stores inside the M25. For hours worked between midnight and 6am, you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours weekly, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We aim to support flexible working arrangements, and will schedule your shifts within the advertised availability windows, providing 3 weeks\’ notice.
