Pay and Hours
Our Tesco Colleague rate starts from £12.45/hr; increases to £13.66 within M25. Additional payments may apply based on location. We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours weekly, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We aim for flexibility and will schedule shifts within your available times, with 3 weeks' notice.
