As part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, you'll deliver the coordination for early careers roles, focusing on Apprentices, Graduates and Interns. Acting as a brand advocate for Tesco, you'll attract and engage emerging talent through efficient, inclusive, and experience-led hiring campaigns that reflect our values and support workforce diversity.

You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure a smooth, high-quality recruitment journey for candidates and a simple, effective process for hiring managers.

  • Supporting recruitment activity across Apprenticeship, Graduate, and Office-based roles.
  • Assisting in the planning and delivery of annual early careers recruitment cycles.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and external suppliers.
  • Organising and facilitating assessor training, candidate coaching calls, and Assessment Centres, engaging with candidates, parents, educators, and internal teams to deliver inclusive and impactful events.
  • Delivering a consistent, accessible, and valued candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Coordinating offer management and supporting a smooth transition into onboarding.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders, programme sponsors, and the Early Careers team to tailor attraction and selection strategies.
  • Supporting the design and delivery of recruitment campaigns aligned with business goals and talent priorities.
  • Using market insights, MI, and candidate feedback to inform continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Communicating clearly and inclusively around recruitment process changes and updates.
  • Representing Tesco at careers fairs and outreach events to engage with prospective candidates.
  • Supporting external partners by upskilling candidates, education providers, and sharing insights with the wider Early Careers industry
