Overview

As a Refrigeration Maintenance Technician at Tesco, covering our Croydon areas, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping our environments comfortable, safe, and fully operational for both customers and colleagues.

You’ll be part of a skilled maintenance team, responsible for both planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across a wide range of refrigeration systems and equipment. Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections and propose solutions for potential issues.
  • Monitor system performance and optimize efficiency.

  • Respond to emergency service calls promptly.
  • Relevant certifications essential (e.g., City & Guilds 2079 F-Gas).
  • Co2 experience (service and maintenance).
  • Ability to read drawings.
  • Knowledge of health and safety legislation.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Strong refrigeration knowledge.
  • Suitable Maths & English qualification.
  • Good communication skills
