Working within Our Hub in Daventry, you will play a key role in helping to keep our stores, colleagues and customers safe. As part of a dedicated and passionate team, you will monitor CCTV activity across multiple locations, ensuring all activity is reviewed in line with company policies and legal compliance. You will use your strong attention to detail to identify suspicious activity and turn insights into clear, well-structured case files that support investigations and decision-making.

Collaboration is central to this role. You will liaise closely with store teams, field-based security colleagues and wider business stakeholders to ensure incidents are understood and the appropriate response is put in place. As part of the wider Security Hub, you may support triage activities, helping to assess risk levels and coordinate next steps, always maintaining strict confidentiality and acting with integrity.

This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where organisation and strong communication skills are essential. You will need to manage multiple priorities, work accurately with data and systems, and contribute to delivering a high-quality service to the business. Experience in retail, security, or data analysis is beneficial, but just as important is your willingness to learn, develop and contribute to continuous improvement.

You’ll be part of a team that values curiosity, collaboration and adaptability. We’re looking for someone who can see the bigger picture, build strong relationships, and go the extra mile to make a difference. In return, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills, drive positive change, and support our mission to serve our customers, communities and planet a little better every day.

Engaging with external suppliers to support process improvements and deliver training initiatives

Identifying risks across stores and producing clear, comprehensive case files to support findings

Requesting and reviewing additional data to strengthen evidence for investigations where required

Liaising with stores and Group Shrinkage & Security Managers to gather insight and build a full picture of incidents

Ensuring all data is handled securely and in line with Information Security policies

Maintaining strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information and case files

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

A keen eye for detail and high levels of accuracy

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly for data handling and reporting

Experience working within a retail, store or security environment (preferred)

Experience in data analysis, data manipulation or CCTV review would be advantageous, but is not essential
