We’re looking for an experienced Property Project Manager to deliver high‑quality remodel projects across our estate. This is a new role within the team, offering a fantastic opportunity to help shape how we deliver remodels going forward.

You’ll work with a high level of autonomy, leading complex projects across Express, Superstore and Extra formats, including capital replacement of refrigeration and wider maintenance works.

  • Leading your projects through the full Tesco governance process, ensuring all approvals, plans and documentation are in place.
  • Delivering Remodel Projects across multiple store formats, including capital replacement of fridges and wider maintenance and property improvement works.
  • Minimising disruption in live retail environments, ensuring the safest and most efficient phasing of works.
  • Owning relationships with internal teams and external partners: developers, local authorities, consultants, service providers and landlords.
  • Managing risk effectively and identifying opportunities to improve delivery, cost efficiency and customer experience.
  • Leading the health & safety culture across your projects.
  • Managing performance of suppliers, consultants and external project managers.
  • Ensuring projects are fully closed out with all snagging managed and documented.
