About the role
We are delighted to share a role within the Shoot Production Executive F&F Clothing. The Shoot Production team organises all images needed, from cut-out imagery to campaign billboards. This role covers sample organisation, production, and overseeing the delivery of all assets. It is suitable for someone with a strong understanding of shoot production and confidence in managing the end-to-end process of asset creation.

Responsibilities
- Manage lifecycle of all samples, ensuring teams are aware of sample information and expectations
- Oversee and maintain accurate shoot and sample critical paths
- Manage sign-offs and ensure smooth product handovers
- Create and maintain shoot bibles with necessary information for agencies
- Support and manage content briefs
- Mark up retouching notes
- Ensure samples are correctly collated, packed, sent, and returned
- Support Shoot Manager on set with shoots and sample queries
- Craft product descriptions and copy
- Attend shoots and work with freelance and agency partners
- Drive shoot day efficiencies
- Support various shoots and departmental operations
- Create content for social media platforms, including videos and stills
- Keep up-to-date with fashion trends and social media landscape
Requirements
- Experience in end-to-end photoshoot production
- Experience working with advertising agencies
- Experience with lifestyle imagery shoots
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Team player and self-starter
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of social media and fashion industry
- Video content editing experience
