About the role
We are delighted to share a role within the Shoot Production Executive F&F Clothing. The Shoot Production team organises every image that is needed, from cut out imagery, online display, to campaign billboards. This role covers sample organisation, production, and oversee the images and delivery of all assets. This role would suit someone who has a strong understanding of shoot production & confidence in managing end to end process of asset creation.

You will be responsible for
- Manage lifecycle of all samples. Ensure teams are aware of all sample information and expectations.
- Oversee and maintain accurate shoot and sample critical paths.
- Oversee sign offs and ensure smooth product handover from product teams.
- Create and maintain shoot bible to deliver required information to agencies, including shot codes and styling notes.
- Support and manage the creation of the content brief.
- Mark up all retouch notes to support retouching process.
- Responsible for ensuring samples are collated, packed, and sent to shoots correctly. Also ensure they are returned to the shoot/buying team post shoot.
- Support Shoot Manager on set with shoots, being the go-to person for all sample queries.
- Craft compelling product descriptions and copy depending on the process designed.
- Attend shoots, working directly with freelance and agency partners to deliver imagery to brief and brand guidelines.
- Drive shoot day efficiencies through comprehensive knowledge to ensure high-speed quality shoots.
- Work as part of the shoot team- supporting various shoots, sample management & supporting the manager ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the department.
- End-to-end process of creating content for social media platforms – Video & stills.
- Maintain market-wide knowledge of trending social media, keeping up to date with fashion trends through market research & buying & design teams.
You will need
- Experience in end-to-end production of photoshoots.
- Experience working with advertising agencies.
- Experience working with lifestyle imagery shoots.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Team player – makes the effort to build relationships with those around them.
- Self-starter – able to manage and prioritise own schedule and workload.
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver projects on time.
- Awareness of the social media landscape & experience within the clothing retail industry.
- Experience in editing video content.
