As a People Data Analyst, you will collaborate with senior leaders to enhance data-driven decision-making processes. Your focus will be on building robust data reporting, ensuring data accuracy, and providing insights that drive business performance. You will be the go-to expert for data reporting within your area of the business.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with Directors and Managers: Work closely with senior leaders to deliver accurate and timely data reports that support strategic decision-making.
- Data Accuracy and Integrity: Work with the Data Quality & Standards Manager to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by implementing robust data validation processes.
- Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain comprehensive data reporting systems. Analyse data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Areas of Focus: Manage the end-to-end data journey of the relevant business area that you partner, resulting in an accurate and consistent view of Workforce Data.
- Change Management: Support the deployment of change projects by providing data insights that inform training and development initiatives.
- Coaching and Support: Provide coaching and support to managers on data reporting tools and systems.
- Partner with the Technology teams to transition from tactical to strategic reporting, ensuring a smooth handover of documented requirements.
- Work in a cohesive way with the Operational Reporting Manager to ensure alignment and consistency with data across the group and areas of focus.
- Support any product improvements relating to your area of focus, including being a key stakeholder in any future work relating to the technology roadmap.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information and adhere to data protection regulations.

- Knowledge of Data Reporting Tools: Proficiency in data reporting tools and software.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
