You'll be responsible for the strategic ownership, optimisation and future evolution of the Group Learning Management System and learning technology ecosystem.
You'll act as the technical expert and innovation lead, enabling capability growth through technology, skills-based learning, integrations and continuous improvement.
- The technical lead and subject matter expert for our Group LMS administration, configuration and optimisation activities.
- Lead business-as-usual operation and ongoing evolution of the LMS platform.
- Act as a key enabler in the successful delivery of LMS transformation and implementation projects.
- Deliver future LMS feature rollouts, testing, adoption and stakeholder engagement.
- Drive the delivery of a skills-based learning approach at scale through the LMS and associated technologies.
- Partner closely with external vendors, Technology, People and Systems teams to co-deliver system integrations.
- Co-define and maintain the learning technology roadmap to future proof the platform and maximise business value.
- Manage internal admin relationships and maintain group consistent approach.
- Use data, reporting and analytics to monitor learner engagement and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure a consistent group-wide approach to learning technology standards.
- Continuously assess the People Technology landscape to identify emerging opportunities, future capabilities and system integration possibilities that enhance learner experience and support a connected skills and talent ecosystem.
- Evaluate emerging learning technologies, automation and AI capabilities to enhance learner experience and drive innovation.
- Significant experience administering an enterprise LMS.
- Experience leading LMS implementations, upgrades or transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of learning technologies, integrations, reporting and analytics.
- Experience working with HR systems and digital platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience managing third-party technology vendors.
- Experience embedding a skills frameworks and capability development approach via an LMS.
