Lead Manager – Responsibilities
As the Lead Manager you will:
- Guide your own management team and be the most senior colleague in the store, ensuring the best service for colleagues and customers.
- Maximise sales, impact and presentation for your department while ensuring safety, compliance and optimal staffing.
- Lead from the front on the store floor, engaging with colleagues and customers.
