As a senior member of our Reward Leadership Team and a key expert within our global reward community, the Head of Executive Reward plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering reward strategy for our WL4+ population. The role supports both our business and people strategy, holding accountability for reward policy, long‑term design, process management and governance for senior colleagues and for our global share plans, as well as leading group‑wide reward projects that enhance and strengthen our approach.

You will oversee the full reward cycle for WL4+ colleagues across the Tesco Group — including base pay, annual bonus and long‑term incentives — ensuring our framework is simple, fair, competitive and sustainable. The remit spans multiple markets including the UK, Ireland, Central Europe and India, as well as Tesco Business Services, Dunnhumby.
