- Health & Safety awareness
- Proven Security‑related technical skills - City & Guilds, apprenticeship
- CCTV (analogue & IP) experience (essential)
- CCTV qualification/certification (desirable)
- Ability to install, configure and maintain CCTV equipment to the relevant industry standards
- Experience working with the following systems: Hikvision, Pelco, Hanwha Techwin
- Experience of working in a retail environment (desirable)
- Administrative skills to include IT & Microsoft Office suite
- Customer/stakeholder escalation management
- Resource scheduling
- IOSH qualification (desirable)
- IPAF (desirable)
