Tesco Property Maintenance are looking for hardworking and efficient Maintenance Technicians to join our growing Property Maintenance Team! Our stores and offices couldn’t function without the support of our integral teams.

You will be responsible for:
- Confidently interact with external contractors: Coordinating repairs seamlessly.
- Work collaboratively with the team: Be a great colleague who understands the importance of quality service.
- Sustain high energy levels: Juggling tasks while maintaining efficiency.
- Assist the management team: Keeping our stores operating smoothly by maintaining equipment and facilities.
- Minimise customer disruption: Coordinating repairs with minimal impact on our valued customers.
Responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all Tesco sites are a safe and functioning environment for customers and colleagues.
- Following the planned work schedule to achieve first time fix, improving efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Working closely with team members, sharing best practice and knowledge.
- General day to day store and property maintenance.
- Using mobile devices; phone and tablet, to drive the best approach in work completion and updates.
- Representing the Tesco brand by demonstrating our core values, maintaining a positive attitude & taking pride in wearing the Tesco uniform.
- Attending local and national meetings, providing valuable input and feedback.
- Supporting a diverse and inclusive culture.
You will need:
- Enthusiasm for maintaining high standards.
- Previous experience in a maintenance, engineering, or construction environment.
- Digitally confident using a tablet to view daily work schedules and manage emails.
- Operational Skills: ONC or equivalent, Full driving license, Health & Safety awareness, Communication & Collaboration, Office 365 knowledge, Completed all technical training upskilling modules relevant to abilities.
