About the role
Manage all the financial aspects of the CCEC, including budget setting, business case valuations, and day-to-day financial routines.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with all Finance teams handling work for the Customer Engagement Centre to ensure costs are accurately accounted for.
- Develop cost analyses for new work or trials introduced to the Centre, ensuring full understanding of associated costs.
- Ensure capital investments are submitted and approved by the Capital Approvals Group, with benefits and costs documented.
- Adhere to all corporate and legal processes in a timely manner.
- Track actual spend against budget, identify opportunities for savings, and flag potential overspends or investment needs.
- Support the development of strategic and tactical plans for the Customer Engagement Centre.
- Ensure the Centre has sufficient budget at the start of the year to serve customers and implement change plans.
- Maintain stakeholder understanding of the Centre\βs role and contribution to Tesco, facilitating informed financial decisions throughout the year.
