About the role
Availability Window
- Sun: 08:00 – 19:00
- Mon: 08:00 – 19:00
- Tue: 18:00 – 23:00
- Sat: 08:00 – 19:00
Pay rate: Starting from £13.35/hour; increases to £14.56 inside M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.
We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week for new colleagues, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We schedule shifts within the availability windows, with 3 weeks\’ notice. Flexibility is supported if your availability closely matches our needs.
Customer focus
As the face of Tesco on the road, delivering from Lands’ End to John O’Groats, you’ll meet and assist customers in their homes daily. This role involves more than driving: helping others and delivering excellent service with a smile. It’s hands-on, physical, and varied. You’ll feel autonomous during shifts, delivering to customers but supported by managers and colleagues back at base.
