About the role
We have an exciting opportunity here in the Coupons Operations department for a Coupon Operations Executive to join a successful team!
You\’ll be responsible for accurately setting up all coupons and offers across in-store and online systems for colleagues across Tesco and external suppliers to deliver a positive customer experience!

- Annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of base salary

You will be responsible for
- Receiving and checking offer nominations to ensure all coupons and offers are legal and adhere to the coupon guidelines.
- Accurately setting up Clubcard reward offers and Tesco customer-focused coupons across in-store and online systems.
- Ensuring that all finance and audit processes are followed.
- Supporting the continuous improvement of execution and reconciliation processes for setting up coupons and offers.
- Maintaining all coupon and offer systems and keeping up to date with issuer codes/barcode recycling etc.
- Providing advice to customers on coupons.
You will need
- Experience in independently handling workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience working with multiple partners.
Operational Skills
- Project management experience.
- Ability to lead detailed processes and systems.
- Experience with high-level problem solving.
- Previous customer management experience.
- Previous campaign management and digital marketing awareness experience.
