About the role
We have an exciting opportunity in the Coupons Operations department for a Coupon Operations Executive to join a successful team!
You\’ll be responsible for accurately setting up all coupons and offers across in-store and online systems for Tesco colleagues and external suppliers to deliver a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Receive and check offer nominations to ensure coupons and offers are legal and adhere to guidelines
- Set up Clubcard reward offers and Tesco customer coupons across systems
- Follow finance and audit processes
- Support process improvements for coupon setup and reconciliation
- Maintain coupon systems and update issuer codes/barcodes
- Advise customers on coupons
Requirements
- Experience managing workload independently in a fast-paced environment
