We're looking for an experienced Measurement & Insights Manager to help shape the future of marketing and personalisation measurement at Tesco. This is a highly visible, transformational role where you'll define best practice, influence business strategy, and build a measurement framework that helps us better understand customer behaviour and demonstrate commercial impact.

You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on analytical expertise, working cross-functionally to drive insight-led decision making and create a consistent approach to measurement across the business.

  • Lead the development and evolution of Tesco's measurement framework, ensuring robust, consistent and commercially relevant evaluation across marketing and personalisation activities.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for measurement, incrementality, test-and-learn design, control groups and campaign effectiveness.
  • Partner with teams across Analytics, Insights, Finance, Technology, Data Science and external agencies to align methodologies and establish a single source of truth.
  • Drive best practice, governance and quality standards across insight and measurement outputs, ensuring clear, actionable and trusted recommendations.
  • Build and lead a measurement community, influencing stakeholders and senior leaders while embedding continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide hands-on analytical support where required, translating data into insights that improve targeting, optimisation and business performance.

  • Extensive experience in analytics, measurement and insights within a complex, data-rich environment.
  • Strong expertise in incrementality, causal measurement, experimentation and marketing performance evaluation.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable business value through personalisation, CRM or customer-focused programmes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex methodologies for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving transformational change, including establishing new frameworks, processes and ways of working.
