We create reasons for our 40 million+ customers across the globe to choose more of Tesco more often, through our Clubcard Proposition. This role manages key Clubcard propositions, creating ongoing reasons for customers to engage with Clubcard & Tesco. We want customers to access the best value from Tesco, which in turn drives loyalty to Tesco. We define Propositions as services, products or promises that deliver against a specific customer need. This role works within the Membership and Loyalty team, and works collaboratively across the wider customer and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and evolution of Clubcard propositions, ensuring clear insights, customer needs, benefits, and execution across the 6Ps.
- Collaborate with Customer and Technology teams to turn concepts into actionable propositions.
- Maintain visibility of plans across teams, connecting activities to deliver the best customer experience.
- Monitor market trends, loyalty metrics, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and issues proactively.

- Strong customer focus with previous digital experience and commercial acumen.
- Highly collaborative, able to unite cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to cope with ambiguity, prioritise, and make insight-led decisions.
