Overview
Customers visit our café for all sorts of reasons. Whether it\’s a hearty breakfast to kickstart their day, or a quick pick-me-up for those on their way, we\’re here to provide great service, no matter the order. As a Front of House team member, you help make every day a little better with dedication to excellent service and an understanding of health and safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Serving customers quickly, efficiently and with care.
- Resolving customer complaints and relaying information to the Café Manager.
- Maintaining food freshness by following first in, first out (FIFO) stock rotation.
- Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations while keeping daily records.
- Accepting deliveries and handling the safe storage of food.
- Being aware of (and following) all operational policies and procedures.
- Clearing and sanitising tables so our café stays clean.
- Making sure we maintain our standards and all food products are available.
- Staying up-to-date with business communications and exciting new initiatives.
- Knowing our café’s menu inside out and ensuring food is served as intended.
- Preparing hot and cold drinks for customers.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety standards.
- The ability to work efficiently and maintain a clean environment.
