Overview
As an Associate Product Manager in the Rewards & Benefits team within Tesco Technology, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering digital solutions that enhance the colleague experience across our global business. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to support the development and optimisation of products that underpin our rewards, recognition, and benefits offerings.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to define and document product features based on user needs and business goals.
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Support backlog refinement and sprint planning with engineering and design teams.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions.
- Monitor product performance and usage metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including HR, Payroll, and Technology teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Assist in managing stakeholder relationships and integrations with third-party benefits platforms.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in all product developments.
Qualifications
- Passion for creating intuitive and impactful colleague experiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
- Experience working with Reward and Benefits systems is a plus.
