Availability & Working Hours
Work is scheduled within the following windows: Wednesday 22:00–07:00, Thursday 22:00–07:00, Friday 22:00–07:00, Saturday 22:00–07:00. We aim to offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with flexibility for a minimum of 12 hours.
Compensation
Pay rates start at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 for stores located within the M25. Additional night premium of £2.35 per hour is paid for hours worked between midnight and 6 am.
Responsibilities
- Serve shoppers daily and help them find what they need.
- Build relationships with customers, ensuring a welcoming and memorable shopping experience.
- Maintain knowledge of store products and services.
- Work across service, picking and replenishment areas as required.
- Apply training to work safely and effectively.
