Responsibilities
- Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
- Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries.

- Confidently leading the store in the Manager’s absence.

Qualifications
- Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Benefits
Shift Lead pay starts at 15.59 per hour, rising to 16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts.
