Availability Window: Thu 15:00 – 23:00, Fri 15:00 – 23:00, Sat 15:00 – 23:00
Pay: Tesco Colleague rate starts from £13.28 per hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
Working Hours: We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week. If you prefer fewer hours, a minimum of 12 hours is available. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows above, with a three-week notice of your exact shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Help serve shoppers and meet great people, learning new things while being part of a specialist, diverse team.
- Serve customers with passion and pride, providing great natural service.
- Work across the store in service, picking, and replenishment areas where required.
- Apply training to work safely, effectively, and serve customers brilliantly.
- Make decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines in store that meet their needs at the right time.
- Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events, creating an inclusive atmosphere.
- Understand the store’s performance, what you can do to drive service and sales, reduce waste and shrink, and deliver profit.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
