Pay and Hours Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week; roles from 12 hours are also available. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

Qualifications and Requirements You need to be 18 or over to apply for this role. Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment. Be a strong role model with a passion for delivering great service and ensuring every customer’s needs are met. Build positive, long‑lasting relationships to create an inclusive, supportive team environment. A clear communicator, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed. A natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to deliver outstanding results.
