Pay & Hours: Pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations offer additional payments. Minimum 16 hours per week guaranteed; roles from 12 hours are also available. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
- Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go‑to person for day‑to‑day operational queries.
- Building positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
- Confidently leading the store in the Manager’s absence.
- Making balanced, flexible decisions and adapting well to change.
- Coaching colleagues, giving feedback and role‑modeling great service.
- Staying curious and seeking opportunities to serve our customers, communities, and planet a little better every day.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Be a strong role model with a passion for delivering great service and ensuring every customer’s needs are met.
- Build positive, long‑lasting relationships to create an inclusive, supportive team environment.
- A clear communicator, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.
- A natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to deliver outstanding results.
