Responsibilities
- Develop training materials to ensure all colleagues are trained to meet all group and statutory obligations.
- Define training requirements by job profile and develop a suite of training for all roles within the operation.
- Develop a consistent approach for accurate recording of all training across Distribution.
- Develop site-based Warehouse Trainers to ensure a consistent delivery of training.
- Produce accurate data and reports for business meetings.
- Ensure all sites abide by stipulated training timelines and validate through regular audits of on-site training.
- Develop working relationships with Central/Site Health and Safety teams to ensure all training methods meet group and statutory obligations.
- Plan and develop new training to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Previous experience of delivering training.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Good organisational skills.
- PC literacy in the use of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Working knowledge and experience of Health & Safety and Food hygiene legislation.
- Previous experience of working in Health & Safety.
