We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join us in our Wellingborough DC.
Responsibilities
Picking and packing customers orders, using a handheld terminal to understand pick expectation.
Receiving, storing and stacking appropriately.
Working with the best integrity to fulfil all stock requirements and needs.
Maintaining a clean and safe environment with health, safety, and legal always top of mind.
Providing training on LLOP's and FLT's in certain areas of the DC's.
Working in ambient, chilled and freezer sections; preferences will be discussed within the process in more detail.
Being flexible and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
Requirements
Prior to employment, you must successfully complete a drug and alcohol test.
You should be hardworking, able to work to set deadlines, and have a professional, positive, organised, and enthusiastic approach.
While proven experience in a warehouse environment would be preferred, it is not essential.
You should be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative. Remember, the key to success is being self‑motivated.
Working Conditions
This role is working any 5 days from 7; various shifts to be discussed.

Training will be provided on LLOP's and FLT's where applicable.
Work may involve ambient, chilled, and freezer sections.
Legal and Compliance
We can only accept candidates over the age of 18 if the role requires working before 6:15 am or after 9:45 pm, or involves working in areas such as the warehouse, beers, wines & spirits, and driving roles.
